Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early unless you have contacted us beforehand. This will give you ample time to park, use the restroom, and have a thorough consultation with our team. If you’re a regular, we’ll also have an opportunity to catch up on any new developments or concerns you may have.

Stick with your usual skincare routine the day of your facial. Keep it gentle and avoid harsh exfoliation, retinols, and any facial hair removal 3-5 days before your appointment. Minimal to no makeup is perfect. If you do have makeup on, no worries! I will help remove it during the double cleanse.

I recommend regular facials every 4-6 weeks to continue working on your skin goals together. At minimum I suggest facials once per season to help your skin adjust and adapt to the changes in weather and to asses your skincare routine. And of course a birthday facial is a must!

Yes! For your first appointment for any service, please take a few moments to complete the intake form sent as a link in your confirmation email or message.

We are open by appointment only, and our hours may vary.

For body waxing services, particularly Brazilian waxes, it’s crucial to let your hair grow out for at least four weeks. Even if you believe your hair grows rapidly, we strongly advise growing it out for four weeks.

Usually no. We highly recommend an appointments

Yes! Yes! Yes! You can definitely get a Brazilian or bikini wax during your period. Just make sure you’re wearing a fresh menstrual cup or tampon with the string tucked in before your appointment. If you unexpectedly get a visit from your monthly visitor or find yourself without a fresh tampon, please inform our front desk. We’ll provide you with a new, unwrapped tampon.
